Ahhhh, Paris. If Paris Hilton’s Dubai bikini scandal wasn’t enough to make a person laugh, I don’t know what is. Paris is int eh country that forbuds showing skin, wearing two piece suits, so what does she do? Dons a skimpy bikini and then flaunts it in front of cameras…helllo!
